Since 2006 in Baghdad, which is 20 years. ### How many clients do you have? More than 1500 partners and clients across Iraq's governorates. ### Where is your office? In Baghdad, Iraq. ### Do you work with companies outside Baghdad? Yes, in every governorate, and outside Iraq too. ## Pricing ### How much does a company website cost? From $400. ### How much does an online store cost? From $900. ### How much does a mobile app cost? From $3,000, depending on features. ### How much does an accounting or ERP system cost? A custom system starts at $2,500, and the ready-made “Naba ERP” is a monthly subscription. ### Is the price fixed, or can it change? It's fixed for the scope written in the proposal. Any addition is priced separately before we build it. ### How do I pay? In stages: 30% at the start, 40% at the trial version, 30% at delivery. ### Do you accept payment in Iraqi dinars? Yes, in IQD or USD. ## Timelines ### How long does a website take? 2–3 weeks for a company website. ### How long does an app take? 8–12 weeks in most cases. ### What happens if you're late? If we are more than 2 weeks late because of us, we refund the first payment and finish the project. ## Ownership and support ### Is the code mine? Yes, from day one. ### Is the domain in my name? Yes, it's registered in your name or your company's name. ### Do you offer support after delivery? 3 months of free support, then an optional maintenance contract. ### What if a bug appears after delivery? We fix it free of charge within 6 months. ### Do you train our staff? Yes, training is part of every project. ## Technology ### Does the system work without internet? Yes. Cashier and accounting systems work offline and sync when the connection returns. ### Do you support ZainCash and Qi Card? Yes, and we integrate the main Iraqi payment gateways. ### Which technologies do you use? Next.js and React for websites, Flutter for apps, and PostgreSQL databases. ### Will you move my old data? Yes, from Excel or any previous software. ### Will my website show up on Google? Yes. Every site is delivered with basic SEO set up and connected to Search Console. ## AI ### Does the AI agent understand Iraqi Arabic? Yes.
